Both of these senior living projects are actually in the same development with different owners. This presented a challenge because each project had to be entirely unique.
The Blakeford at Green Hills was an addition to an existing skilled nursing facility and also a renovation. The new artwork had to work with the existing artwork and the updated design.
The Cumberland at Green Hills was a new independent living facility with a design similar to that of a 4-star hotel. It was important that the artwork reflect the facility's comfortable, contemporary interior so the framing design was tailored to a more decorative, residential feel.
