Healthcare
Experience ranges from hospitals over 500,000 square feet to medical office buildings, surgery centers, specialty clinics, and doctors offices. We work with national healthcare companies, such as HCA and
Healthcare Realty Trust, as well as independent hospitals throughout the country. In 2007 we completed 16 hospital projects, 8 of which were new construction, in 11 different states.
Senior Living
Includes each of the three phases: independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing care. We have developed a special understanding of the visual
needs of seniors in dementia and Alzheimer care.
Corporate
Includes both local and national companies. Our national accounts include Cadillac, Dell Computer, Deloitte & Touche, Fidelity Investments, FORBA, Healthcare Realty Trust, REGUS Business Centers (Northern California).
Hospitality
Includes boutique hotels, such as the historic Hermitage Hotel. The Hermitage is Nashville’s only Five Star Mobil/Five Diamond AAA hotel property. We also recently completed a new casino on the Gulf Coast.
Every project is unique, and has its own special requirements. Good design combines the needs of the viewer with the elements of the environment. There is no such thing as a standard design. Even for clients with multiple properties, each property is designed to reflect the specific needs of that project.
